WHAT WE DO > Development of the employees
The company provides developing programs that are tailored according to the special needs and requirements of our clients. The structure of these programs standardly consists of the following three parts: analytical workshop (analysing the needs and requirements, preparing the customers practical examples), developing program and complex feedback (with stress on assets). In order to gain the biggest asset out of these developing programs we work in small groups (max. 12 people), with some specific samples prepared in advance, and active participation of each member of such a group is taken for granted.The programs are conducted by lecturers with managerial skills for domestic and international companies.
„ A hard skills“ developing program areas, e.g.: Strategical mangement, Strategical marketing, Marketing management for the sales growth, Marketing plannig and sales forecast, Product management, Logistics and distribution systems, Crisis management, Team and company management oriented on results, Project management, Financial mangement and making decisions, managing the external supliers efficiency.
„A soft skills“ developing program areas, e.g.: Effective people and team management, Leadership and people management, Stimulating the motivation and loyalty of the employees, Motivating evaluation of the subordinates, Behaviour of the employees in risky situations.
